1. Discovery
We’ll start with a call and questionnaire where we will discuss your goals, audience, and how you want to make them feel.
2. Research
We’ll plan out your project goals, seek inspiration and develop an audience profile in order to inform our design process. This will also help us align on the art direction that best fits your style.
3. First Drafts
I’ll present my initial concepts and from there we will narrow down to 2 or 3 that best fit your qualifications.
4. Content Development
Here, I will refine the strongest concepts from round one until we settle on your favourite.
5. Web Development
Once we have a final logo, I will craft a brand guide detailing different use cases that will help ensure your brand creative is consistent across all mediums.
6. Staging
In this final step, I’ll develop any collateral we agreed upon at the beginning and ensure that you have access to the master files to update later on.
7. Launch
You’ll receive all deliverables in a downloadable drive and they will be hosted on my server for 6 months after our engagement in case you need them.

A La Carte
Anything Else?
Retainer
Working on a retainer allows me to be more of an extension of your team. We’ll work closely together on a regular basis. Retainers contracts can be customized by type of service (i.e. pricing page) or for a set number of hours.
A La Carte
A la carte projects are available for clients who only need design work sporadically. Examples of typical a la carte projects include: page templates, website transfers, Shopify set-up. etc.
